Granholm still has those movie production tax credits, right? So my feeling is once we finally see Detroit hit rock bottom: 1) build a Berlin-style wall across 8 mile road, 2) use all of that abandoned space in the city to create a prison colony, 3) invite Robocop and Kirt "the snake" Russell to make the greatest blockbuster of all time: ESCAPE FROM DETROIT!!! It could be the first ever reality-based action film, similar to "Death Race" (2008) starring Jason Statham.
