      Who are the NERD fund donors Mr Snyder?

      ...In this case it's not just Democrats.  I've heard rumors of a few republican candidates who, nearly 3 years after the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative passed have decided to take a "principled" stand and say that they were for it -- only in 2006 they were against it.  

      It's amazing how an election in which support from 58% of the voters, despite opposition from just about every institution in MI, will change some political candidate's minds...although, I'd argue that, that is exactly the problem with many politicians these days -- from both parties.  

      For the record, there were a handful of state representatives who in 2006 supported the MCRI. There was one US Senate Candidate who supported the MCRI - Zandstra.  And, finally there was only one state wide elected official who was supportive -- and it should be noted that he was publicly supportive before signatures were even submitted -- Attorney General Mike Cox.
