      It really is terrible, and what makes it even worse is
      The dems don't really have complete ownership when they can get
      Snowe R-ME, Collins R-Me and Specter R-PA, and the 8 cap and traders, voting for their bills without reading them.

       The dems will be able to claim they had broad bi-partisan support on these bills, even if the policy is awful, the economy gets worse, unemployment continues to hit record highs, ect...
