    Am I the only one who thinks it's really ironic that Detroit is considered a "First Class school district"?  Those legislators, they sure do have a sense of humor.  

    It is convenient though, for marketing purposes.  No matter how lousy the DPS is, you can still, correctly, say that it is a first class school district.  Makes for nice brochures, I'm sure.
