What happened to the money from Obama to help the states??

If this is the democrats plan to help the working class, it is terrible. Working class are just going to have to work twice as hard to, give more to the government workers and their unions.

Not even a few months into the new administration, and right off the bat some oppressive new taxes from local democrats enslaving us with higher mortgage payments for property that has lost tons of its value. My neighbors house just sold for $11,000. if that is any indication of what my house is worth, The value of mine would have dropped about 80% from what I paid for it. Taxes should be going down,
