      It can be done and the procedure is laid out in Public Act 116:

      Essentially you should write the county clerk and they will verify the number of signatures needed - which I'm pretty sure is 25% of the total votes cast in that election.  For Stabenow, this means you would need ~800k signatures total and I believe they have to be collected within a 90 day period.  Meet the requirements, get the signatures, done deal.

      It needs to be done as a huge wake-up call to all Senators.  If Michigan can do it, you can bet that the 32 states that do not allow recalls will get pressure from their citizens to allow it.
