I'm not overly concerned that the prison will become overrun with jihadis in an attempt at a jail break though I suppose that possibility would be greater in the US than it is in Cuba, if only a millionth of a percentage point.  My concern has more to do with languishing terrorists with rights that should be reserved for American citizens.  Are we to train our soldiers in the field to read Miranda?  Do we put lawyers in every outfit?  Do we release terrorists over a technicality into our country when no other land outside of Somalia will even have them?  What classified materials during discovery are going to get out?  Really, the list goes on and on and on and I'm just a country bumpkin without nearly the legal savvy as America-is-the-enemy attorney Lynne Stewart or the kind esquires who identified CIA operatives to terrorist prisoners at Guantanamo.

There are many other potential negative implications with having these gentlemen housed down the road that simply do not exist if they are incarcerated in Cuba. Moving them is not at all unnecessary and is designed primarily to please the pantywaists over in France and Belgium.

Now, however illegitimate you might think that my concerns are, you should finally be able to stop saying that they are for "uncertain reasons."  We ought to be able to agree on that much.
