    Since so many dead people vote for Democrats I propose that the dead be taxed. Make them pay income tax and property tax. Well they still do have the little plot of land they are well, not living in but occupying. If ACORN can register them to vote and in many cases they have been shown to have voted. Then as far as I can see they need to pay for the privledge of voting the same as people who are recognized as living by paying taxes to support the government.
    I guess this makes about as much sense as anything that our breathless Governor can come up with.
