Chad, exactly right. I don't know that it always needs to be mobile like the DF, but it does need to be organic in that we need them everywhere. I'd liken it more to Minutemen or "partisans" that appear in the country-side.

Oh, if you're anywhere near Brighton tomorrow at 730pm, jump out of that plane with bowie knife (metaphorical) in mouth and join me at the City Council meeting speaking about the "annoyance" ordinance. It's seemingly a little issue - but we need to fight for democracy and against dumb regulation when we see it. At the least, its good exercise.
