      Well, I'm glad we're mostly on the same page then.  If we must start with baby-steps, then we must.  

      I just find it harder to justify nibbling away at it, from a logical stance.  Is it right, or isn't it?  My mind has a difficult time at dividing abortion into circumstances where it's more acceptable, or less.  If that works though, and reduces the number of abortions, it's a good thing.

      My other concern about the "bit-by-bit" method is that it's too easily revoked.  Just look at the Mexico City policy.  But, if the nation isn't ready for anything more sweeping and permanent, then I suppose we do what we can in the meantime.
