    At the Macomb BoC last Thursday, they were handing out awards and recognitions like candy during the begining of the meeting.

    One of the citations/proclamations was presented by Rep. Levin to local Vets.

    Rep. Levin unfortunately could not attend and instead chose to send an aide from his office.

    This guy is on vacation, and he sends out an aide to hand out an award to Vets?!?
