    Mitchell being a racist wouldn't be such a problem if she wasn't paid so handsomely for it. That is what is troubling. She makes six figures and she gets paid to spew racism. Thus, by extension, she creates a niche for other racists to make a living being racists.

    It is one thing to be a racist and quite another to be paid to be one. That is what is troubling about this.
