I've seen this word used a couple of times, and I wonder if we all agree on what it means.

If the zoo actually increased property values... it would be because people actually go to it. People actually go to the zoo when there's something to see... if it's actually a cultural gem.

I'm surprised people don't agree on its value. They think everyone else should pay for something they value... even if they don't go and use it. Your point about a publicly funded rap concert at OC Auditorium is spot-on.

I'm still waiting for Democrats to recognize my need for a Ferrari and free gasoline to counter their need for everyone to have healthcare. Don't we, as Americans, have a right to a Ferrari in every garage and the gas to drive it to work? Viva!
