      In most divorces the court only decides in 10-12% of cases because the industry has setup an assembly line of pressure and coercion that forces parents into settling. If judge need to decide why not rule in all cases using all of the Best Interest of the Child criteria? HB 4564 and resolution 2008-HJR-NN raises the standards of evidence required for the state to interfere with the God given right of both parents to parent their children. The state with evidence can rule on custody and or remove custody.
