He will be a steady hand for Conservatives. He won't be as encumbered with the need to overly compromise as in the Oakland County and other areas. Also, he breaths cleaner air (up there) on a more consistent basis and that's bound to help the thinking process. This would be doing things different in order to get different results. If the goal is to look more like Democrats, we've tried that and look at where we are now.
