...we got a Moderate POS in Roberts.  Not much else to say about it.

C'mon dude, Harriet Miers?  A Dubya Bush crony that Lindsey Graham tried to prop up?  WTF?

Both Bush's sucked and only served to further the DNC agenda.  Democrat-lite loses every frickin time when you have the real Democrat for the price of the same vote.

Not to mince words... (none / 0) (#9)

...but I'm a more aggregate kind of guy. I really don't care what his slick argumentation is. The simple facts are, anyone who violates their oath of office deserves impeachment. Any appearance of impropriety, let alone actual impropriety, is enough for me. Any American can see in plain english that it's an unconstitutional law, and I am not one who thinks it hinges on "the mandate" part. We do not have to be legal experts or lawyers to know what's constitutional and what's not. In fact, the Founders wanted laws, starting with the founding documents, to be written in plain english so that the common man can understand what's being done. The whole purpose to legalese is to mask what lawyers/legislators are doing to us and getting away with it, lying about what it is, and then not reading the legislation, meaning, their special interest groups who are writing these crappy bills just get a pass on what they want. Then their administration of it is when we "find out what's in it".

If you have to justify an unAmerican action in law with slick arguments, it's already wrong. Again, look at the big picture.
