    ...not our paid employees give it a go first?  Why the hell should this always fall in the taxpayers lap to do all the leg work?  What's wrong with the newly elected MI-GOP forcing a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment?  With the attitude of folks in this state about schools, House Republicans should be able to shake loose 10 Dimocrats and 3 in the Senate for a voucher amendment proposal.

    If not?  Hang their votes around their neck's for public display.  Adjustments can always be made from there...
