    Exactly, Mr. G! I like ice cream, (none / 0) (#34)

but I won't be force fed.

    Mr. H,

You have (read your comment over)taken exactly what I've asked and presented, and asked it again. Very obviously (go in and read our various comments) we are sheepdogs! My questions here show a sheepdog. I've openly expressed my interest and desire to have this Fair Tax.

You do seem a bit uncomfortable with questions that are too problematic. See my point on "not perfect." I'm not asking or expecting 'perfect' which would beg the question about being too good to be true. This is your 'baby', you're dealing with sheepdogs, they tend to sniff around, deal with it. I'm interested and I want to know more, in a transparent fashion. You in or you scared?

Look, we are on the same side. So, why the 'friendly' fire. My question was presented in a way that suggests what has proved to work: This country was founded on boldly looking at the pros and cons.

I apologize in advance to any Dems but it seems to me that they are only willing to look at what they project as 'pros' on their positions and won't suffer questions or descent. If, by inspection and/questions, a problem is found, a loophole found, these aught be seen as opportunities to fix, address, or prepare for: Then these are a good thing, should be seen as a favor and good for the cause.

We over here like to look at both sides. We want to prepare for the loopholes.

Actually, if I am in the market for something, I go to that business and ask probing questions. That business that answers, address the imperfections upfront, allows me the opportunity to make an informed decision, gets my respect and usually has the better product.

I would suggest that you're being bristly over nothing, or at the least it's an inappropreate response to Conservatives who insist on retaining their opptions to choose for themselves in informed ways.

I will choose MFTP, but I will be informed on the pros and cons. If not by you, then by someone. If you want a different attitude, you'll need to project ideas that attract Democrats.

It's great to say, let me look into that or, I don't have the pertinents at my finger tip, I'll gather and get back. OH, AND my 'tourism' question hasn't been answered and it's a very good question, and in Michigan quite important, at least in my neck of the woods.

Not addressing pros and cons, insisting on a following of little blind sheep, is for Democrats.

You, Mr. H, are better then that. Prove me wrong...
