    ...nobody's stopping you from giving extra to the state on your own.  I'd rather starve the beast, myself.  Michigan's current budget machinations are completely untenable considering the prevailing population dynamics.  By this time next year, it's quite possible that GM and Ford will both be in Chapter 11.  What then, pray tell?

    Also, this time next year, I'll be out of the state, probably for good.  It'll be your mess now, Novi.
