Given that the legal issue in question occurred in May of 2009, and at the time was completely off my radar, why should my non-comment last year matter?  (I don't remember everything I was doing in March of 2013, but weighing in on a urinating competition probably wasn't on the "critical to do" list.)

Let me be really clear about one thing:  I have no practical use for Dennis "the Menace" Lennox, politically or otherwise.  Further, I want the progressivist cancer removed from the MIGOP probably as badly as the next guy.  But given that "homophobia" has become the new racism, thanks to the SCOTUS decision in Hollingsworth v. Perry, I'm simply pointing out that we ought to be a tad more careful in slinging around invective.
