I am curious to see what's in the pipeline for Detroit once the adults put the children back in charge.

The word I've gotten is that people with very deep pockets are just itching to spend some of their "ill-gotten" loot on new neighborhoods and other developments.

They won't be flushing their money down the toilet on this.

Their target market is people who can spell their own name, can read their own name and can balance a checkbook.
