      the pro bono assistance of an attorney who wishes to do a constitutional challenge.  I am not an attorney, nor do I play one on TV.

      And argument/advisement is OK also.  Frankly, I would like to have all of the opposing arguments out in front.  

      There are many facets to this.

      I also wonder how the court could take a position that extends 'right' to vote on such to those without a financial stake, yet NOT allow property owners in abstentia to participate for their own benefit.

      That is clearly taxation without representation.
