Even fellow congressional spend-aholic Karl Levin got into the act yesterday in the local fish paper.

If the good representative really wants to fix the problem (for good), here is what she and other who feel the same way should do:

Take the ability away from the children in Washington for good, repeal the 16th Amendment (the income tax that goes with it...and maybe even, GASP! Obamacare as well) and go back to the method we used to fund the necessary powers and duties of the federal government: tariffs and fees.

No confusing, intrusive and burdensome regulations or paperwork to comply with.

April 15 can just be another ordinary day on the calendar again and we can go back to a more limited government.
