      Because I didn't also want to bring up the comparison drawn of us smokers as addled drug addicts that use a legal, heavily taxed product as it being ones Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness, in comparison to elected jackals pimping Corporate Welfare and poverty leeches on the gummint dole.

      Perhaps, a refresher on the consequence of that meme.

      I'll tell ya what, take one of these government issued signs, and hang it over drinking fountain changing it to read Whites Only.  I'd like to see just how long that Bee esS would last.

      Then again, Dr. Davis, and his AMA got away hanging out the Whites Only sign until 2008, so I'm not surprised a Second Class citizen Law is attributed in his name.  Ironically, health crusader Ron cashed out from cancer.  I shed no tears.
