    The White House wanted this. Jack Lew designed it. The Congress passed it (including the Dem controlled Senate). And now Stupid is trying to pull his usual BS to blame what he has done on others. Instead of spending 15% more then last year Lord Obama is highly pissed that he is only able to spend 12.5% more. It is a 2.5% decrease in the increase in spending.Obama is a liar. His staff are liars. Marxist Progressive Democrats are all liars. He is going to show his ass like the 2 year old that he is and break as many windows as he can. He wants a trillion more in taxes so he can continue to spend and vacation in the style he has become accustom too. The man is a disgrace. He has done the same thing to punish states that didn't support him in the first unfortunate election he stole,eh ah won I mean. Ask the folks in Kentucky. He sent nothing to them after a huge ice storm knocked power out for nearly a month. He did nothing. He didn't care. McCain carried the state. And it has happened many times since. Ask Arizona, Mississippi and others. He needs to be impeached as soon as the Orange Weeper can be replaced by someone with a set of stones.
