The key talking points I'm using are these:

• According to the NFIB v. Sebelius decision, the states have the authority to neuter ObamaCare by merely refusing the technology expansion and medicaid expansion.

• In states where even the technology exchange has been implemented, underemployment has skyrocketed due to employers cutting their non-critical workforce back to 29 hours per week.

• The federal contract to implement this technology expansion is considered a classified document until the House approves the bill.  "We have to pass it so we can find out what's in it" is a bad idea.

• If the Governor is relying on democrat votes to pass a bill that he's supporting, that ought to be an indicator that there's a snake in the woodpile somewhere.
