The ACA explicitly states that current insurance policies were not to be touched or excluded. However, two months after this atrocity passed the unions got wind of just what was in ACA. That is when Zero and Siffilus wrote the regulation "grandfather" clauses - plural clauses. One was written to protect the unions and the other was written to force insurance companies to comply with ACA. The grandfather regulation for unions assures unions and union employees that their insurance will remain intact regardless of changes made to their plans. The exact opposite was written in the individual mandate thus many in the individual market are getting dumped. Now it comes to light, that to soften the blow and assure Zero's reelection they decided to delay the employer mandate because the grandfather clause will also cost small to medium businesses the loss of insurance coverage to their employees. The numbers! Half of 93 million employees are going to lose their insurance when the employer mandate waiver expires. Either this monstrocity collapses on itself or there is rioting in the street. The libs really stepped in it this time.
