      From Rep. Ed McBroom- While Kevin did find an important passage in the Constitution, it only is pertinent to voting on bills, and not resolutions, such as the Senate Concurrent Resolution. That being said, Rep. McBroom informs me that he and his colleagues are on record with their votes on this resolution, their votes were registered on the the Big Board, and in particular, Rep. McBroom voted No on this resolution. And finally, Snyder's signature is not required because this is a resolution, not a bill.
