Democrats and "republicans" working to unseat a sitting Republican US Congressman who actually had the audacity to not only run when no one else would, but to also adhere to the party's clearly stated platform while in office.

The Ilitch's kicking in some coin didn't surprise me.

Dick Devos, David Gorcyka and John Yob? Really not so much, either.

What did surprise me are the number of "homemakers" & "students" who were able to kick in to the campaign coffer.

Several "homemakers" must be doing really well with that "sewing money" to kick in $5,200?

The students are apparently doing very well financially.

Granted one of them is coincidentally named Trott...
