Our congress critters do NOT know their own power as defined constitutionally. They didn't have to take ANYTHING.

The GOP has to stop calling them increases when they aren't. If they want the Bush Tax cuts to be the default, they should make them the permanent tax brackets. That's the party's problem... they view these tax cuts and their expiration as increases and decreases, when instead, they should just be the default brackets.
