      The big area where Kelly and the 3 other Republicans disagreed was whether or not the matter should be remanded to the Board of Canvassers.

      Kelly got most of it right, although I agree with Young, Markman, and Zahra on the rest.

      Either way, I'm happy to see the EM law on the ballot.  The original law was too weak, but the new law was FAR too strong and gives too much power to the executive branch.

      Ignoring this EM case, she kind of botched up bad with this.

      Really, the petitioner didn't even show up to court, so you decide to take over that role? That shit should have gone to the JTC for Christ's sake.

      At a minimum, it's enough to make me go "get the hell off the bench".
