      I'm not an actuarial by any means, but as someone who might know a thing or three about business and economics, and looking at it as such, the letter makes me laugh.

      "Priority Health is highly efficient and spends more of every dollar on claims and expenses..."

      ARE YOU GOD DAMNED KIDDING ME?

      The bloody damned medical loss ratio is a LIMIT to a businesses efficiency. I can't even imagine what the profit margin is after you actually take payroll and other shit into account.

      I mean, yeah, I guess it's not Priority's fault, and I guess selling it as "efficiency" will work well for the dumbasses sucking at the government teet, but in the real world, this 80/20 MLR is NOT a sign of efficiency, but rather a limit on it.
