      . . . you're wondering what the odds were of the second place candidates finishing exactly tied (to the vote), consider that I'd already calculated those odds, though in a different context:

      ... the odds against this occurrence are about 61,538,500,000 to 1 ...

      And if this were May 17th instead of July 17th, there'd be time to sort out what to do next.  However, as it is, the rules as they are kick in, so we don't have a winner.
