Bad behavior used to mean a cross word back in the early, truly free days of this country. Well, maybe that's a stretch, but the greater point should be taken than most of these justices are impeachable (on the Left anyway) compared with the standards of bad behavior back when nullification doctrine was being used, which, btw, is another avenue our cowardly politicians do not seem to have the guts to exercise. It is the people, via the sovereign power of the states, that have the last word, not the Supreme Court. They are merely arbiters of an agreement between the states. The federal government works for the states; it does not have supreme power over them. And when the arbiter of the Agreement fails, the states must reassert the agreement and fire the offending parties.
