It's just a fundraiser. Who cares? It's not like the Republicans don't do this. Let's focus on some actual issues.

You write a lot of great stuff.

But these things come up every year from both sides and it's just unnecessary.

You're complaining about wealthy people who, through the wonders of capitalism, made a lot of money and deserve to spend it however they want.

Do I think they are wasting their money? Absolutely. But it is their money to waste and who am I to tell them what to spend it on.
