If a notary seal is improper, then it stands to reason the document has yet to be properly complete. Right HERE it says a family member cannot notarize. If one does, which violates that rule, I would suggest YOU show us why his paperwork is complete and valid.

There might be something from the Secretary of States office ruling on this, but as a matter of fact, and for the time being, his paperwork was INCOMPLETE (read: In-Com-Pleat) before he assumed office. It was WRONG.

As a technicality he has assumed office illegally.

If the Republicans want to cover for him, let them fight the Democrats who are already following this thread.  I wouldn't blame them for following through on it.
