      Sell everything now that could produce a profit on the sale. Don't wait till 2013.

      That is not necessarily advice from him, but he notes the tax code changes in 2013 will make that suggestion a reality.  2013 is going to be a very bad year for federal tax revenues and likely 2014 as well.
