      Tell me how you see Willard, as a "strong" conservative?  Was it losing to John McRINO in '08?

      is one who at his core believes in the principles he represents.

      That matters.

      People can tell if you truly believe.  If they sense you do not, then why would they follow you at all?  If you don't have confidence in the practical effect of conservatism, and rule of law, and personal responsibility, how then can you teach it?

      Part of the election process is convincing folks there is another BETTER way.  If there wasn't, then why would anyone even bother taking the time.

      A TRUE conservative would bring more folks into the party, as the lessons unfold.

      History provides sufficient lesson plans, but many 'moderates' are unwilling to use them for fear of being called extreme (for stating facts)or being insensitive (for holding individuals to account for their actions.

      We may well be at a point beyond tipping, but I won't give up so easily.
