    Legislation to establish a state-run health insurance exchange to meet a requirement of the federal Affordable Care Act failed to pass out of the House Health Policy Committee on Thursday.

    The measure failed 5-9 after nearly two hours of testimony.

    Looks like a big F U to the Nerd to me.

    Don't have time at hand to go through the Journals for names.
