His show, which I felt used to be informative, relevant (yes, some of what he "predicted" failed to occur) and timely, has degenerated into Bob & Tom yuk & snicker-fest, spending most of his remaining air time shilling gold and food stores.
By the time he gets back to business, I'm about ready to change stations or put on another B.O.T.
I feel that he (actually in this case it was Harriet Parke) put out good stuff, but you're right, people are either going to love it or hate it based solely on the author alone.
If you want to try a different tact, which reaches the same result, I highly recommend Kurt Vonnegut's "Harrison Bergeron".
