    Paul wanted to cut all foreign aid. Considering we give twice as much foreign aid to Israel's enemies (Muslim countries) I don't see any ill intent here... other then having been serious about getting debt under control. If anything, this would be a net benefit Israel since it's enemies would be harmed more then they would.

    BTW, all this "foreign aid" is just corporate welfare. It comes with strings attached and generally can only be used to purchase American weapons systems. Which is exactly why Obama didn't cut off aid to Egypt... would have hurt his re-election chances.
