    I'm not.  Blanchard EM's on steroids has turned into about the dumbest waste of time/money I've seen in a long time.  Let all the mismanaged dung piles calling themselves cities face a bankruptcy judge.  Not that I have any confidence in the shyster courts, but just maybe then it'll sink into all the public sector goonion parasitic little heads when their pensions get sh!tcanned that they've had it too damn good for way too long by their vote buying clowncils, and whore mayors fleecing taxpayers.  Had enough - f#@% 'em all.  The smart folk fled from those places long ago, anyway.

    OABTW, if it wasn't clear in the final sentence - absentee - I already voted.
