There's no reason to question his impartiality.

He has no personal bias in this case, other than his bias that Moroun didn't follow his previous orders, in which case, if Edwards were to recuse himself for that, no judge could ever hold someone in contempt of court.

To my knowledge, nobody within a third-degree of Edwards or hisi wife is a party to the proceeding, or an officer, director, or trustee of a party.
