    I think the answer is two fold. One, we must take back our education so people are again taught that 2 + 2 really = 4 and that civic duties are important. Two, with said civic duties learned, people will vote.

    Regardless of oath or signature, people default. In the case of politicians, they must be voted out even when being replaced by an inexperienced patriot.

    The answer is education/voting. The rest is just conversation.
