      Since it's clear that the union is prone to violence, this is how you fix it.

      Armed guards. Rifle and 7 30-Round Magazines. If you see them rushing the gate or the fence (and actually entering), you give them the warning that deadly force will be used. If they do not comply, or start/continue making threatening actions, you fire.

      Excessive? Not at all. They are violent and they've detained people. You DO NOT KNOW what else they will do.

      But hey, what do I know about security...
