We don't know with 100% certainty how the guv is going to do this. Will he go through the legislature and try to bribe other legislators with public works projects that have already been paid for or will he do his end-run and bypass the legislature altogether?

We do know that he got a major one for this bridge.

If he goes through the legislature, we recall him and get the rest of the capitol critters in line before the '12 elections.

If he goes the federal gov't route, well, these shemps cannot put together a budget, prioritize their spending, or do anything in a timely manner.
