      yeah - and in my Package A example, one could say that wherever the $10 went, there was MORE collected of that tax....i suggest you reread my previous post to understand it.

      and no...we weren't told that we were going to collect more than they originally thought (no black helicopters either) -- and so next quarter, if they collect less, will you tell us we're geniuses?  btw, that extra money didn't go to any new spending.  used to pay down debt and projects like moving gov't from DB to DC plans.

      and re: ways to ensure we don't pay tax money (via medicaid) for things that insurance should cover from an accident, let me know your thoughts...i'd certainly be open to considering them.
