    i guess "too bad" for kids who can't find a charter school with open enrollment, whose parents can't afford a private school, whose parents can't afford to move out of the failing school district and whose parents don't want or don't feel they can homeschool them -- which is A LOT of kids.  oh well - keep those 100k+ kids chained in failing schools - oh and don't, whatever we do, do not inject anymore competition into public education (which is what would happen with snyder's plan)...more competition would be so very bad for all, ehh?

    • 1. YES, if they can take the public money already allocated and move it over.  Many of the parents cannot afford to be double dipped in taxes AND tuition.
    • 2. Affordability - see tweet by Studley on twitter wall.  What if they cannot afford to move?  Cannot sell home?
    • 3. If they can, that is a great idea.  If they can. But what if they cannot?
