There was a bill introduced in June of 2006 by State Rep. LaMar Lemmons III to allow conjugal visits in Michigan. It never made it out of the judicial committee, but by the end of 2006, a jury had found Lemmons guilty of failure to file campaign finance reports and he left the Legislature. He now serves on the Detroit Public School Board.

It's a joke as like the Lansing EFM card that cowers in the fear of charges of racism.  Hell, even the most Conservative folk on here have little faith in EFM's.
