    Sorry, but calling it "re-balancing" doesn't change the fact that they imposed a tax, where there wasn't a tax before.

    And could someone tell me why they couldn't wait for a few days for the official revenue estimates to come out (the same one they knew the results of about six-weeks prior) before their vote?

    Those new revenue numbers offset the new taxes they approved.
